Chameleons and their rain

No wonder everything looks exactly the same today,

those chameleons are dancing in the street again

walking and talking like the background that they are

walking and talking like everyone who decided to hold an umbrella today



funny thing, but those "if"s and "maybe"s rule the world today, right?



the forecast said "Today, sunshine, with occasional rain"

those chameleons are experts with the weather, aren't they?

holding their pinky out, they sip from the same stupid cups

like that movie with the cats, they can speak French better than I can



funny thing, but those "but"s and "don't"s rule society now, right?



"Maybe" "if" it didn't rain or shine,

and the fog came out just as clear as any other signal,

the world will be safe again. "But" I "don't" want to hope.

道理で今日は全てが同じに見える訳だ、

又カメレオン達が道の上で踊ってる

歩いたり喋ったり、背景と全く同じ色の癖にさ

歩いたり喋ったり、今日傘を持とうって言った奴等と同じ様にさ



可笑しいけど　そういう「例えれば」や「もし」がこの世界を支配してるんだ、そうだろ？

小指を優雅に出して、又同じ馬鹿馬鹿しいコップから飲んでさ

あの映画に出てる猫と同じさ、俺よりもフランス語が上手く喋れてる



可笑しいけど　そういう「でも」と「駄目」がこの世間を支配してるんだ、そうだろ？



「もし」「例えれば」雨も晴れもせずに、

霧が一番綺麗なシグナルみたいにかかってくれたら
